Staff was extremely rude… I checked in on the app, waited until there were 30 minutes left of waiting time, drove the 30 minutes to the store, then checked in on the app from my car, and walked into the store. In the time I was walking from the car, the stylist in the store canceled my name on the list. When I went inside, she told me there were no more clients for the day. I informed her that I was already on the list and had been waiting for my turn on the list to arrive. She told me she didn’t care, she had a life and kids, and that I should have arrived earlier if I wanted a cut. Instead of taking me off the list earlier or shutting down check in, you are really gonna keep me waiting all night and then cancel as I walk in the door? All while being extremely rude and condescending? What a waste of my evening and gas money. Never again

First review ever. I'm sorry to say, not a good experience at all. Establishment was clean and staff was professional and courteous, however... Was there to simply clean up around the bottom of my head(shave with buzzers) A task simple enough that I felt comfortable enough to have a stranger do, as I have just purchased a new home here in New Hampshire and needed a haircut. I asked to be buzzed with a number 2 adapter at the hairline. Before I could say anything she, Allie, proceeded to buzz my head without an adapter at all bring it down to nearly the head. When I immediately asked what size she was using oh, she had responded with that she didn't understand me and then added that it will grow back. My response was that it would not before pictures for senior night tomorrow or the pictures for prom on Thursday. Returned to the shop and part my hair to the side as I would have for the photos, and realized not only is the shave blotchy, but at the part they're here is pretty much butchered. Spots were not shaved at all and where it was will stick straight up in the air if parted and look messy and unprofessional, due to being partially cut at many different lengths. As I am a mechanic I am not very anal about such things, but it has been done so poorly that I now have the rest of the evening after work tonight to find somebody to correct this mistake before for tomorrow's pictures that will be posted in the newspaper for senior day. As an added bonus, it cost $27 plus a tip for such a poor haircut. I know prices may from one location to the next, but six months ago I was going to a Sports Clip in Boston and it was $16. The MVP was nowhere near the price I paid to have the sides of my head shaved. Will not be returning and regret ever entering the establishment. Has now caused an issue I must resolve as well as costing me nearly twice as much as it should have. Was trying to add a photo, as I'm sure this review sounds dramatic, but there was no such place to do so. Good luck
